* Trouble-shooting skills and fluency with IT technical terms
* Hands-on experience Microsoft Operating Systems (Win NT, Win 2K, 2003 Server, XP)
* Strong skills in data, statistical analysis
* Technology Knowledge (Diverse, vb, html, office, etc)
* Must work under preasure
Server Administration knowledge as technical support roles (nice to have)
Network infrastructure knowledge (routers, hubs and switchs) (nice to have)
