To date, Academy has served more than 32,000 students with 250 instructors across 194 courses. Wizeliners have the opportunity to upskill by taking Academy courses and can also share their expertise by delivering classes to students.
As the Academy Program Manager, you'll be executing the end-to-end operations of Wizeline Academy programs, with the goal of becoming the leading free technical program in Mexico, Colombia, Spain, and other Wizeline locations. At the same time, you will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team to grow its pool of talent with knowledge of technical skills that are current industry demands.
Plan and execute on upcoming programs: promote courses by working closely with Marketing/Events team and topical experts to create social media content, landing pages, email campaigns; drive the development of material by lecturers and mentors; own the student selection process through application review and interviews; manage all stakeholders to deliver within deadlines for successful courses; execute on all programs by handling lecturers and students with WIzeline’s professionalism. Conduct pre-and post-course evaluations and report on outcomes.
Develop and closely manage programs that ensure students great experiences with the Wizeline brand and high-quality learning and development.
Determine the right target markets for program growth, based on the needs of the Talent Acquisition team and technology trends to keep Wizeline Academy a forward-thinking and innovative program.
Define, monitor, analyze, and evolve key performance metrics to monitor the success of all programs, and report back to senior managers and key stakeholders.
Partner with Talent Acquisition team to lead a strong pipeline of qualified talent for Wizeline open positions. Define and reach goals to maximizing the conversion of graduates to full-time employees at Wizeline.
Build community, educational, and corporate relationships to create opportunities for Wizeline Academy sponsorships and partnerships so we can continue to grow our offerings.
