What You Will Bring to the Team
Contribute to all facets of the sustaining, maintenance, and support of Wizeline’s technological solutions. You will work closely with Customer Success, QA, and Development to support a SaaS solution. You will become an expert in how the product operates and be the first point of contact for customer escalations into Engineering.
Your Day-to-Day Activities
Work with the SaaS customers to address product related escalations
Diagnose and resolve complex product and customer environment issues
Work with customers, internal teams and vendors to manage implementations of solutions and help manage change control.
Serve as a liaison between the engineering and customer success departments to develop high-quality engineering solutions for our customers, partners, and prospects
Participate in requirements analysis, design reviews, code reviews and other work related to expanding product functionality
Improve business processes in addressing customer reported issues
Are You a Fit?
To be successful in this role, you must have:
You are familiar with at least one Single Page Architecture (SPA) framework: React, Angular, Backbone, Ember, etc.
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
You are open to learning—by working on side projects, experimenting with code, etc.
Frontend and backend basic knowledge leveraging some of the following web technologies and frameworks:
ReactJS, AngularJS, and Vue.js for frontend
Express.js, Django, and Flask for backend
Databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
