Bilingual IT Support Technician

We are looking for an IT Technician to join a Portland, Oregon USA based team. This is a remote position and you will work from Home. This is an opportunity to get plugged into a growing industry in one of America’s fastest-growing, progressive technology hubs.


This role involves a mix of rapid-response IT support for manufacturing clients in and around Portland, as well as proactive improvement of existing processes and documentation to streamline current operations. If you have the ability to be a self-starter, anticipating deadlines and working independently towards longer-term goals, this position is the perfect fit.


You understand that meticulous, up-to-the-minute documentation is vital to an IT organization. Not only do you have the ability to write clean, clear documentation, you can write it in a way that can be understood across an organization, even by people without vast technical skill sets.


You will be administering PCs, Networks and Cloud Services to meet the IT needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Your day to day will include reacting to support issues like firewalls not working and proactive work on our existing processes, writing better documentation, improving and upgrading things and writing automation scripts for common tasks.


  • Written English proficiency is a must. Through your day-to-day work, you will be interacting directly with clients, aiding them in identifying problems, troubleshooting potential solutions, and guiding them in any next steps they need to take. Some communication with clients over the phone will be required, as well.
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing ERP is desirable, but not required.
  • Compensation depends on experience.
