Sobre esta posición:

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. He/She will collaborate with the Sales team to identify the best strategy for the market and prioritize targets accordingly. 



Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through account research, lead qualification, networking and lead generation tools, emails and outbound calls.
  • Understand prospect’s needs and requirements.
  • Position our corporate identity and unique selling proposition.
  • Schedule and support qualified meetings with top decision makers for our Sales Team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Create and maintain a clean database in our CRM (Salesforce), including a follow-up system and tracking from qualification to meeting scheduled.
  • Report on account pipeline for the opportunities generated through prospecting activities.
  • Build rapport and trusted relationship with customers and colleagues in a multicultural virtual work environment.
  • Keep up with our learning solution portfolio and updates.
 
Requirements:
  • Native-level fluency in English and additional European core languages  (French preferred).
  • University degree at bachelor level or above.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in cold calling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at C-suite level.
  • Ability to maintain and build strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in the language learning sector, internet technologies, online learning / e-Learning or corporate education markets is preferred.
  • Team player, ability to work effectively across cultures and in a virtual environment.
  • 1-3 years sales/ sales support experience on an international level.
  • Performance and results oriented.
  • Highly self-motivated and independent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with Groove or similar lead generation tools is a plus.
