HCL México is looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst for our Guadalajara offices!

  

Role: Customer Service Analyst 

Location: Guadalajara, Mx

Key Skills: Excellent writing and comprehension skills, decision-making and research skills, 2 to 4 years of experience in Consumer loan underwriting

Preferred Skills: Analytical and audit skills, have logical reasoning, attention to details and meeting deadlines skills

     Role description:

We are currently seeking talented Consumer Lending Underwriter for our Guadalajara, Mexico unit. Responsible for rendering decisions on loan applications based on established criteria and determine risk associated with borrower based on profile and parameters. Communicate decisions that most effectively mitigate credit risks, including data integrity and validity of information submitted. Applies understanding of established guidelines and all other regulatory requirements when evaluating loan attributes while utilizing prudent underwriting judgment and experience.

          

     Responsibilities:

§   Works under moderate supervision; acquires and applies maturing knowledge of the business, its products, and processes.

§   Evaluate and verify applications – determining whether or not borrower will be able to repay the loan

§   Verify income and employment information, review credit history and calculate the value of the borrower’s collateral and assets

§   Once the application has been evaluated and the degree of risk has been assessed, document the reasons for approval or denial of the loan and add the documentation to the loan file.

§   Preferred: Maintains knowledge of secondary market activity, and business/industry practices as they impact underwriting quality and origination activity.

§   Prior experience in a Chat based process is preferable but not mandatory

 

     The talent we are looking for must have:

 

§   Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

§   2-4 years of related experience and accountability for moderately complex tasks and/or projects required.

§   Junior Level 1: Experience in basic lending operations (any function, processing preferred) or consumer loan underwriting.

§   Junior Level 2: Core experience in Consumer loan underwriting – secured/unsecured loans and auto loans.

§   Proficient in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking.

§   Excellent writing and comprehension skills.

§   Excellent decision-making skills that are backed by relevant details and research.
