Customer Support Java Engineer - Advanced English

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop customer configurations and business rules
  • Test business work flows and software applications
  • Collaborate with project managers and configuration analysts to identify the optimal solution for a customer’s requirements
  • Use issue tracking systems such as Zendesk
  • Work with QA team members, software engineers, and DBA’s to analyze and troubleshoot issues in multiple environments.
Required Background and Skills
  • 1 to 2 years of Object Oriented Java experience in a technical environment
  • 1 to 2 years of SQL in a Production environment
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills – must have experience working with both technical teams and business users
  • Sharp-minded analyst with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Team player who does not need extensive supervision
  • Ability to multi-task with various projects and clients
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Desired Skills
  • Experience supporting software applications
  • Knowledge of enterprise-level financial applications
  • Ability to multi-task with various projects and clients
  • Experience with Groovy or Python a plus but not required.
