Sobre esta posición:

We are looking for a Credit Manager / Senior Analyst to Head all credit analytics for the customer management stage (post acquisition) and create various policies for existing customers so as to provide them with additional products and services that will drive business growth. The person will help develop analysis and reporting capabilities as well as monitor strategy / policy / process performance to identify and recommend improvements.


Responsibilities:

-End to end ownership of credit strategy for existing customers.

-Work with the Data Science team to create new underwriting models that will help assess creditworthiness of existing customers.

-Be able to use enormous amounts of data to do different types of economic and financial analyses on our customers (assess credit worthiness).

-Understand unit economics (profitability) of existing product and services as well as recommended products and services.

-Build credit frameworks and policies to offer new products and services to existing customers and drive growth of loan portfolio.

-Be able to generate NPV models for existing customers that will feed into the credit strategy framework and policies.

-Create a testing agenda to collect data to inform future strategy.

-Work with ops, product and tech to execute new credit policies.


Requirements:

-BS degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics or related field.

Masters (preferred).

-Experience as a credit manager in lending while managing high performing credit analysts.

-Sound credit / business judgement and experience in creating credit policies.

-Experience in working with data scientists in creating underwriting models.

-Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc).

-Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc) and databases (SQL etc).

-Understanding of potential legal, compliance and market risk related issues.

-Strong communication and presentation skills.

-Ability to work with multiple teams across functions.
