The role will design, set up, monitor and optimize digital campaigns.
- Improve onsite conversion in coordination with the product team.
- Improve offsite conversion in coordination with the operations team.
- Build and manage the growth/acquisition team.
- Lead the SEO and content marketing efforts.
On the formal side of things, you will have:
- Hands on attitude with a get things done mentality.
- Experience leading growth teams at fast growing startups.
- Experience setting up and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for all mayor channels (FB ads, SEM, GDN, retargeting, email marketing).
- Strong analytical skills and experience setting up, monitoring and improving conversion funnels.
- Product, design and SEO knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Either English or Spanish fluency, preferred if you have both.
