Sobre esta posición:
As a Director of Operations, you will provide leadership for all our different outsourced teams and office in GDL, act as the functional lead for strategic development within the overall market and enhance and grow new business opportunities with established customers.
What you'll do in a typical week:
-Direct and manage the different functions of the company: HR, Recruiting and Operations. You will be working closely with the Account Managers and other Leaders in the organization to ensure our teams are operating efficiently and going above expectations.
-Meeting or exceeding established business and profit growth targets; remain accountable for product and P&L.
-Establish and ensure operational implementation and compliance with processes and procedures for the different teams.
-Maintain strategic relationships with appropriate vendors locally and working closely with the Director of Finance to make proper decisions as it pertains to the business.
-Meeting and working closely with our customers in the US to ensure KPI and data is being driven.
-Assisting with interviewing future candidates when needed and anticipating future hires as needed for the business .
-Develop and implement new product and service offerings to meet customer needs in alignment with their goals and objectives.
-A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Operations Leadership in the BPO / Contact Center industry.
-In-depth knowledge of how to manage a business in Mexico and understanding of the laws and best practices regarding employment.
-You speak both English & Spanish fluently.
-You are an accomplished leader with exceptional organizational abilities and superior knowledge of the BPO or Contact Center industry. You will be leading the office in Guadalajara and being the figurehead of the company in Mexico.
-You have in-depth knowledge of data analysis software.
-You move with speed and are entrepreneurial. You move incredibly fast, overcoming obstacles with speed. You are nimble and help solve problems.
-You are a problem solver. You are self-motivated, solutions-minded, and proactive in solving problems quickly and with best practices.
