Sobre esta posición:

You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the company’s revenue growth. More specifically, you will focus on creating and optimizing a repeatable B2B sales process using data and methodologies.


  • Learn about the product to assertively share our unique selling propositions to potential customers.
  • Build a sales process that has clearly defined steps and KPIs within every stage of the funnel, from lead-generation to onboarding.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of leads, at various stages within the sales funnel, using technology and consistently measuring KPIs.
  • Updating our CRM updated.
  • Execute the tasks to achieve sales targets, which are going to be defined collaboratively.
  • Initially, onboarding new clients onto our product and performing customer success functions. When company’s local presence has matured this will be handed over to a local CS team.
  • Touching base frequently with the engineering team to provide feedback regarding customer discovery and recommendations for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and help create relevant content for our target. audiences as well as map relevant industry events or speaking opportunities for the company leaders to attend.
  • Previous experience selling B2B software to e-commerce companies or related markets.
  • History of exceeding sales KPIs as an individual and a leader for the past 5 years.
  • Experience selling to complex, large organizations that have heavy buying processes and diverse stakeholders.
  • Must be willing to adapt to the startup experience.
  • Fluent business English.
  • Experience in Product Marketing, Marketing or Customer Success is a plus.
