Sobre esta posición:
We are looking for a Head of Sales for Mexico and Latam to lead a results-driven team and execute a strong sales strategy to accompany the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of Business Developers: establishing KPIs and, following up on daily, weekly and monthly individual and overall team's performance.
-Meet the monthly revenue target by country.
-Define, coordinate, and execute the doctor's acquisition strategy for new city and new country launches.
-Plan, review, adapt and execute the different sales plans in accordance with the Company's Strategy, together with the marketing team and customer success team.
-Manage a large portfolio of doctors, negotiate and execute promotions, periodic campaigns, and scale new business opportunities.
-Provide insights and constructive solutions on improving doctors acquisition and retain and raise requirements to improve our level of service.
Requirements:
-5+ years of experience with demonstrated success in a startup environment or new business unit.
-Strong leadership skills and experience leading a SaaS sales team.
-Strong sales background with the focus on SMB .
-Results and performance-driven.
-Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
-Motivation to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
-Easy to adapt and flexible towards a multicultural team.
-Fluent both in Spanish and English (mandatory).
