A SysAdmin will work just fine, but these are the detailed skills:
• 2+ years Production or Operations support;
• Experience in Incident Management process in the role of Incident Management, Service Management or Production Support;
        NOC experience with incident management
        ITIL knowledge, following SOPs and processes
• Detail and process-orientated with strong customer service skills;
• Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call technical support schedule;
• Knowledge of incident ticketing systems like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow;
• Experience with various DB technologies (MS SQL Server, MongoDB, GreenPlum);
• Experience with various OS (Windows, Linux);
• Knowledge of platform monitoring and logging tools such as Solarwinds, SPLUNK and ELK;
• Knowledge of various Scripting Languages (PowerShell, Python); and
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills through all levels of communication.
