Technical skills

·          Advanced English (Must)

·          Ability to analyze business processes

·          Fundamentals of Electronic Invoicing

·          Knoweldge on XML, FTP, EDI

·          Incident management experience on AMS

·          Experience working with productive incidents

·          Excellent communication and problem solving skills
