IT support specialist

Specific responsibilities of this position will include:


Ø   diagnosing and resolving problems in response to IT users reported incidents;

Ø   researching, evaluating, and providing feedback on problematic trends and patterns in IT users support requirements;

Ø   developing and maintaining problem tracking and resolution databases;

Ø   installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT users hardware and software;

Ø   participate in developing IT users support policies, procedures, and standards;

Ø   providing IT users training;

Ø   Ensure software versions and security patches are current as new versions becomes available;

ensuring the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of customer support services
