Requeriments:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • +10 years of experience as a Software Developer

  • Strong knowledge of software architecture and patterns

  • Experience developing in Microsoft .Net environment, preferably with C#

  • Experience with ASP.Net MVC

  • Experience Querying (optionally Administering) Databases such as Microsoft SQL / MySLQ

  • Experience working with cloud development and architectures (Azure / AWS)

  • Knowledge of React or Angular frameworks

  • Experience developing RESTful APIs

  • Experience with HTML5 and CSS

  • Knowledge of Bootstrap framework

  • Knowledge of User Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies like Scrum

  • Knowledge of ASP . Net Core optional

  • Experience working with DevOps is a plus

  • Experience leading, managing and coordinating with customer accounts 

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams

  • Successfully communicate conceptual ideas

  • Excellent english communication skills

  • Habilities; ownership, leadership, client oriented, coaching/mentoring, negotiation, problem solving, flexible and quick learning

Responsibilities:

  • Leading, managing and coordinating with customer accounts 

  • Collaborate with product owners to develop requirements

  • Create high level design and architecture documents to implement the product requirements

  • Work with the team to translate requirements into agile user stories and plan sprints and releases to ensure required features are developed and delivered

  • Implement new features and fix outstanding bugs as a member of the development team

  • Drive code quality by following industry best practices for new software development.

  • Train customer-facing teams on new features
