Join us as   Linux Support Engineer 

Located: Mexico City


Job Description

·     Technical Support Engineer will be the primary point of contact for all assigned Accounts/Products/Tools.

·     Diagnose and fix known technical problems for the given set of tools/products supported for the region or accounts.

·     Communicate with customer Point-of-Contact/Partner as well as Cisco internal engineers.

·     Need to be flexible to work on other platforms than their area of expertise, open to learn new technologies.

·     Need to be flexible with work timings (24 X 7 support).




Skillset - Engineer (Linux + Networking)   

·     Minimum    3- 4 years of relevant experience.

·     Good knowledge on Linux commands 

·      Networking skills- Basic knowledge of network fundamentals.

·     Basic windows administration knowledge

·     Basic scripting knowledge  (Shell, Perl, Python, etc.)

·      Excellent English level  (Verbal and written)

·     Education - Bachelors and above
