Mitosis is a boutique consulting company which specializes in helping B2B technology and services companies build profitable revenue engines. We are looking for an Outbound Campaign Manager to support our sales team.

As an Outbound Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing our company. On a day-to-day basis you will proactively support new business development efforts. You will learn how to work in a startup environment and constantly upgrade your skills. We will invest in your training and career development, and you will work directly with and be mentored by our management team.

Key responsibilities

  • Help research and find new prospective clients for Mitosis as well as the clients we consult

  • Reach out to prospective clients through email and other channels (LinkedIN & Twitter) to achieve monthly meeting goals

  • Manage and optimize outbound sales campaigns using our outreach tools, manage sales email inboxes, and schedule meetings with prospects for our sales team

  • Develop and improve sales strategies to ensure a healthy sales pipeline

  • Prepare and optimize sales and marketing materials to nurture prospects

Preferred qualifications

  • Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills

  • 2-3 years of experience working in sales with a focus on new business development

  • Well organized and able to prioritize your workload to meet sales quota

  • A self-starter who’s hungry to learn, with a strong desire to succeed in technology sales

  • Very comfortable interacting with prospects via email, able to explain complex technologies in simple terms and handle objections

  • Creative and strategic thinker

  • Some experience with sales CRM and email outreach software is a plus

  • Proficient with Google Slides and Google Docs
