PLATFORM SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Mid / Sr)

SKILLS
  • Keep Windows Server maintenance and build-outs
  • Work on SQL server performance/data troubleshooting
  • Experience in Firewall / Load Balancing / Networking troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Supporting .NET application for end-users
  • Maintain a technical Conversational English 

SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES
 Respond to technical tickets and phone calls initiated by our customers
 Troubleshoot Windows, SQL Databases, Azure, Networking, Custom Services
 Learn and become a pro at navigating the Platform and adapt to changes
 Work both collaboratively and independently within a team setting
 Identify and communicate process improvement suggestions
 Incident management and escalations
 Collaborate with other teams and departments to improve the customer’s experience
 Willingness to work in an on-call setting
 Work directly with other engineering teams to be the voice of the customer in product releases
and other related efforts
 Documentation of needed support resources
 Complete projects at the direction of Platform Support Leadership
