In CompuCom, Problem Management Coordinator, A resource that provides a focal point to detect Incident trends, analyze data, coordinate Root Cause Analysis, propose areas of improvement, and demonstrate quantifiable value to customers.
· The Problem Management Analyst is responsible for executing the Problem Management process by ensuring that repeated Incidents do not reoccur or by implementing the appropriate actions to reduce the impact of Incidents that can't be prevented.
· Also, this role is responsible for understanding drivers behind Incidents and analyzing data to determine possible trends and problems.
· The position is expected to use business/technology knowledge to ensure that the Problem Management process is followed to prevent Incidents and reduce the number of Incidents created.
