Project Manager

VIRKET is devoted to help our Client Partners embrace digital transformation of their business models by providing effective digital platform solutions that allow them to successfully grow the business online, at scale.


Our Digital Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions usually include Web & Social Media, Mobile Apps, eCommerce, CRM, and Dashboards along with Big Data Analytics and Predictive Modeling capabilities.


As the Enterprise Relationship Manager, once a Sale of a new Platforms project has been confirmed, your main responsibility is to understand our Client Partner’s needs and challenges, and to formulate and document comprehensive Digital PaaS solution according to the business requirements.


As the Client’s main point of contact, the Enterprise Relationship Manager acts as their trusted advisor and as the voice of the customer internally when interacting with Product and Software Development teams.



  • Engage with our Client Partners through a consultative approach to conduct a business analysis to understand their business model and identify their business needs and technological challenges.
  • Ideate, along with the Product, UX, Software and Project Management teams, a Platform solution customized to the Client Partner, using Design Thinking and a Customer/User-centric approach.
  • Elaborate a comprehensive Functional Requirements document detailing the solution’s characteristics, including a complete description of the product functionality, configurations, processes, sources of data, integrations, implementation plan, project timelines and both-sides SLAs.
  • Work with the UX Design team to consolidate the wireframes, as well as with the Software Development team to incorporate the technical details, as part of the document deliverables.
  • Work with our Client Parnter’s stakeholders, including but not limited to, the Business Development, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, IT, and Legal Teams.
  • Present and socialize the Functional Requirements document with our Client Partner’s stakeholders to obtain buy-in, validation and final approval as an Addendum to the main Service Agreement.
  • Manage and maintain a healthy on-going relationship with our Client Partners to identify future needs and to work on an continuous innovation roadmap.

Rquired Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Management and IT Consulting previous experience is desired.
  • Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Diplomacy, tact, empathy and assertiveness when interacting with Client Partners required.
  • Digital Technologies (cloud, mobile, ecommerce, social, data & analytics) knowledge desired.
  • High ability to learn new technologies and adopt Lean / Agile methods for product development.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
