This person must have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of building a great organization of talented individuals. At our company, Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) are essential in ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
Partnerships are key in this role, as each RC will be expected to balance internal and external stakeholders while promoting operational best practices in our fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
-Advocate for candidates and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
-Facilitate the entire candidate interview process from phone screens to debriefs, as well as approve travel expenses and facilitate on-site or virtual meet & greets.
-Own and maintain interview panels, confirmation templates and attachments.
-Provide follow-up correspondence with a sense of urgency to ensure candidate interview timelines are maintained via phone and email.
-Build strong relationships with candidates, the Recruiting team, and our business partners.
-Utilize internal dashboards and scheduling insights to provide metrics to internal stakeholders on interviewer capacity and utilization.
-Identify areas for improvement in our scheduling processes and offer solutions for the candidate experience.
-Sustain recruiting velocity by managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Participate in onboarding new hires through the creation of materials or as an in-team trainer.
-Facilitate interviewer training for new employees - covering diversity & inclusion, mitigating bias, best practices, processes and tools .
-Participate in strategic initiatives across Recruiting Operations, such as tools, implementation and training.


Requirements:
-You have 12+ months in a recruiting, HR, scheduling/coordination or administrative role.
-You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-You have experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems.
-You have experience with Google Suite.
-Nice to haves: experience using Asana, TextExpander, MixMax, GoodTime, and Slack.
