Overview:

As the payment leader within the Insuretech space, One Inc provides its customers a full suite of inbound and outbound payment solutions. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our HR team! The Recruiting Coordinator will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent with the goal to fulfill company's hiring needs. This person will be an integral part of the team as we continue to grow and expand.

Day to Day Tasks:

Help meet overall recruitment goals and objectives by sourcing, screening, and evaluating talent on various recruitment job boards and social media platforms

Assist in designing and implementing recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs

Assist in scheduling and organizing interviews

Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various career websites

Build a talent pipeline of qualified - active and passive candidates

Communicate with Hiring Managers to better understand hiring needs and objectives

Help Hiring Managers with proper recruiting methods and interview questions / techniques

Coordinate recruiting tools like testing and prompts with candidates in order to assess skills

Help Office Manager coordinate onboarding for all new hires and internal promotions

Maintain record of candidates, applications, and interviews in order to report on recruitment goals / objectives

Education & Experience:

2+ years of experience as Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar recruiting role with a proven track record of meeting goals and objectives (a combination of In-House and Agency recruiting preferred) preferably in the IT sector

1+ years of experience as an HR generalist, HR admin or similar HR role

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field preferred

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Suite

Experience working in a Start-Up environment is a plus

Ability to scan large volumes of resumes and identify qualified applicants quickly

Experience with ATS & HRIS systems as well as manual processes;

Experience with various Recruiting Job Boards such as LinkedIn, EmpleoTI, StartUpGDL, Interfell, CodersLink, etc.

Ability to conduct a variety of interviews (eg phone screen, competency based and behavioral based)

Working Knowledge of JIRA or similar platform is a plus
