Trabajo de Ruby on Rails Lead Developer en EasyBroker, Ciudad de México - México

Ruby on Rails Lead Developer

We are looking for a very senior developer to lead our development team and solve the most complicated technical challenges at EasyBroker. You'll be assisted by a development manager who will handle the day-to-day coaching of the team but you'll be responsible for assuring that EasyBroker is stable, can scale and that the team writes clean code. In total we’re a team of 20+ and the product team consists of 5 developers, a head of product, a QA tester and we’re looking to grow the team by 5 or 6 people.

We’re a product company that is focused on creating easy-to-use real estate software for Latin American markets and almost all of our team is located in Mexico City but we’re also open to hiring remote as long you don’t mind visiting us a few times a year and you’re close to our timezone. Don’t worry we’ll help cover your traveling costs. We also believe in a healthy work-life balance so you won’t have any crazy hours and we’re also focused on deliverables rather than micromanaging you.

Our current stack is Rails 5, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, DelayedJob and we also use React Native for our Android and iOS applications. On the backend we’re looking to add an API, optimize the overall performance of our code and we’re always adding cool new features. We review all code and we’re big believers in unit and functional testing. If you would like to work with a great team and you’re up for the challenge, please contact us.
