Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

5 years of experience as a Software Developer (Java or C#)

2 years of Salesforce application development

Proficient with Apex, VisualForce, SOQL and Lightning Framework

Experience working with Process Builder, Salesforce Communities and Lightning Design Systems.

Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.

Experience with JavaScript (JS)Enterprise system integration background

Web Services Understanding of Web 2.0 techniques and standards

Expertise in design of complex data models and relational database languages (SQL or SOQL)Experience with complex projects using Web Services integration (SOAP and REST)


Perform tasks related to the day-to-day operations of several large implementations of Salesforce including managing user access, sharing model, creation and maintenance of custom objects and fields, handling bulk data migration, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and troubleshooting of Apex and integrations


Manages tasks and projects in a fast-paced support environment, driving all issues to resolution with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and efficient task execution
