About the position:

As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for overseeing our software development team and working under the agile methodology. By the use of proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record, ensures project milestones and deadlines are met.

What will you do:

  • Knowledge of Lean-Agile principles.
  • Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
  • Good skills to coach team on how to follow Lean-Agile principles.
  • Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools to improve processes.
  • Knowledge of techniques for taking decisions and solve problems.
  • Ability to understand, create and implement agile software development metrics.
  • Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices: Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
  • Experience using management tools.

  • 3+ Years working as Scrum Master
