Job Description :

+2  years of experience as a System Administrator

Ability to think in large scale with high attention to details

2 YoE working within an Agile environment.

Activities to Perform :

Day to day support and maintenance of ServiceNow platform.

Service Catalog

CMDB Administration

Chat Support

Report Generation

Resolve general inquiries to end users.

Testing of new functionalities

 

Provide support to End Users to ensure proper resolutions.

Configure and improve core and custom applications.

Modules

Workflows

Forms

Coordinate with Development team for Releases, upgrades and ensure proper functionality before any new code go into production.

Monitor Health and assignment queues.

 

Required Languages:  

Very Good English level 80%
