About the Role:

You get excited working across the stack - backend to frontend, you deliver great software no matter what environment you're operating in. You are a fullstack Software Engineer.

We work with the industry's best engineers delivering rock-solid software using Node.js (TypeScript), PostgreSQL, Redis, and React. Our codebase is clean, thoroughly tested (Jest), and a joy to build in - deployments (and rollbacks) are a breeze.

You will be part of an elite, tight-knit, and high energy team that is obsessed with building great products and even more obsessed with building a great company and culture.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with world-class designers and product teams to deliver beautiful workforce management software.

- Collaborate with other developers reviewing, iterating on, delivering clean/well-tested code.

- Create visually appealing, responsive web applications - in React - that work well across different browsers, devices, and platforms.

- Build, test, and deploy APIs in Node.js/PostgreSQL.

Requirements:

- Highly skilled in coding with typed Javascript (Typescript/Flow).

- Background using testing frameworks like Mocha/Chai/Jest or any modern equivalent.

- Strong history working with modern client-side Javascript frameworks like React/Vue.

- Expertise in building and testing REST-ful/RPC APIs in Node.js/Express/Next Seasoned in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/Deployment pipelines - think Docker.

- Results oriented and with a very strong customer focus.

- Excellent communication skills.

Bonus Points:

- You have a demonstrable interest in agriculture and improving the lives of farmers and farmworkers.

- You have a background or experience in HR tech / staffing.

- Experience working in AWS/GCP is a huge benefit.
