In CompuCom, Solutions Architect Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Services Solution Architects which provide subject matter expertise for Portfolio services to encompass a wide variety of activities including presentations to clients, solutioning multiple and complex content areas in support of sales opportunities, and collaborating with the service delivery teams on planning and related activities in order to become very knowledgeable about delivery services.


This leadership position guides their team’s performance, while interacting with clients, with intra-company groups including sales / service delivery / and corporate functions, and with all levels of management within CompuCom.  This role requires the ability to successfully motivate team employees, collaboratively working with other managers to meet tactical and strategic plans and objectives, and functioning in a high-paced environment.



  • Lead their team by assigning opportunities, reviewing client opportunity solutions to validate quality of deliverables and solutioning approach, and providing guidance so that the solutions promote consideration of CompuCom’s products and services.   Work collaboratively with Sales, other solution team members, Finance, and Delivery groups to assure that the team’s solutions meet client requirements and are approved.
  • Attend Solution Services team meetings, follow administrative processes, and participate in internal team projects.
  • Participate in creating and/or updating solution document templates such as presentations,  costing/pricing models, template SOWs, and related deliverables.
  • Practice continuous learning through certifications, attending company and/or industry training, reviewing existing client delivery, gaining experiential exposure to company toolsets and delivery teams, and working closely with Delivery BU SMEs.


  • Level of Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience . 
  • English (Advanced), with Canadian French a plus.
  • Years of Experience: Minimum 7 year experience in related field . Technical and/or Sales experience in creating and selling solutions. Previous experience leading and managing a team.
  • Special Certifications: Some solutioning areas will be enhanced with certifications in the technologies used by the Service Delivery teams. Examples include certification or equivalent experience such as PMP for Project Management,  MCSA for End Point Management, CCNA or higher for Networking, Server certifications (VMware, AWS, Azure, etc.) for Compute/Storage/Backup, and CISSP for Security solutions. Technical Competencies: Demonstrated experience in one or more areas comprising Onsite Services, Service Desk, ITSM, End Point Management, Multi-Cloud, and Networking services and support. 
  • REQUIRED: ITIL Foundation Certified.
