Senior Agile Business Analyst
+5 years of experience in the
field of analysis and design of requirements
Main responsibilities:
- Acts as a point of contact and liaison between IT and the Business
during technology projects
Has experience leading
requirements gathering processes with users or group of business users
Has the ability to
document requirements based on conversations, minimal documentation, and
is able to confirm and validate his understanding of the requirements
Is not shy about communicating issues, risks and problems, and has
excellent communication skills.
Knows how to interact with developers and testers as part of an
agile team, has basic understanding of QA practices to make his
interactions with QA much more productive.
Take on a role of Product Owner or Expert User when required by
the business,
Understands how to review requirements, epics and stories for
priority and completeness. Understands how to work with a backlog.
Has experience documenting / creating Epics, Themes, User Stories
based on Business Requirements and Business Needs provided by Users
Has actively participated as BA in an Agile Scrum team, and has
experience helping new agile teams understand how to adopt and use agile
from its BA perspective.
If necessary, it has the ability to stand up a team using Agile
practices in his area of expertise, and can mentor and guide the team as
needed with his BA experience.
Understands the difference between a correct and incorrect Agile
Practice adoption and execution and can be proactive in getting involved
and pointing elements for improvement, as well as providing a better or
correct way to do it based on Agile.
Experience in Agile Scrum is expected.
Experience on Sales Force, or a similar platform would be welcomed.
Excellent English and Spanish skills
When required by the business, the BA also mentors and trains the
business users in the adoption of new technology applications and platforms
