SSIS / SSRS Support Analyst / Application Manager

 

·          Technical Skills (Mandatory): SSIS, SSRS, MS SQL Server

·          Technical skills (Nice to have): MS Access

 

Position Summary

·          - Minimum 8 years of IT experience

·          - Minimum three to four years of experience in support engagements

·          - Should have played the role of a lead support analyst

·          - ITIL knowledge is a must

·         -  The resource should play the role of an Application manager along with Application support

·         -  The role is responsible for lifecycle management, driving continual improvements, and the management of change of the IT service for applications, ultimately ensuring high customer satisfaction

·          - Experience in SSIS and SSRS of MS SQL Server tools

·          - Proficient in Data Migration from sources like MS Access SQL server Text Files Excel to SQL server 2000,2005,2008 using SQL Server Integration Services SSIS

·          - Well versed with database Installation configuration maintenance monitoring backups and recoveries

·          - Develop and debug Stored Procedures and Triggers

·          - Extensive experience with monitoring tuning analyzing DB performance and allocating server resources to achieve optimum DB performance by performing various query

Avanced English level
