Telecom certifications Cisco CCNP or Collaboration 
More than 3 years Support Cisco voice solutions technologies including CUCM, Unity, UCCX and PCCE 
Experience working with and troubleshooting SIP/H.323 Trunking and SIP services. Including Session Border Controller, Cisco Cube.
VoIP troubleshooting, QoS issues and repair strategies
Experience working on large network environments
Produce and maintain technical documentation on telecom processes.

Relocation to Aguascalientes (mandatory)
