-Engineer should have background in providing L1 and L1.5 support in the Windows operating system
-Activities include desktop installation, Windows imaging, and software configuration and troubleshooting.
-Ability to work on own with direction
--Ideal skills: experience with MS Office applications, VPN tools and computer troubleshooting.
-Ideally someone with 1-2 years of experience in IT, or IT Helpdesk is a good start.
-Note: this is not a helpdesk role. ½ of the role is on your feet, providing in person support to end users. Other ½ is working in a server room with direction from network and server SMEs.
Shift: typical 1 st shift, M-F 8A-5P or similar
