Team Lead

  • Will run the development team using agile skills and tools (ADO) to ensure product release dates are met with the approved feature/enhancement set
  • Enforce Definition of Done and Definition of Ready
  • Implements external and internal tools and applications.
  • Researches and analyzes problems with supervision and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Executes on small project and implementation of various solutions as directed.
  • Works on one to two projects simultaneous.
  • Manages own resources in accordance with project schedule.
  • Provides data and information for monthly and quarterly reports for trackable metrics.
  • Regularly communicates and shares knowledge with team.

  • Leads the analysis and design of database solutions and requirements definition.
  • Performs logical and physical data modeling.
  • Translates technical and business requirements into physical installations. Resolves root cause of database problems.
  • Develops, modifies, tests and implements complex database application modules using disciplined software development processes.
  • Drives continual process and quality improvements.
  • Leads the analysis and design of solutions and requirements definition.

  • Designs and costs hardware elements of system and network designs.
  • Purchases and installs test beds and ensures network stability.
  • Documents information required for deployment in Operations.
  • Resolves root cause of problems. Drives continual process and quality improvements.
  • Provides support in evaluation of corporate security and mitigation of risks associated with confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Company’s information assets.
  • Assists in defining and implementing technical requirements for new IT security solutions
  • Daily review of system, application logs, custom monitoring tools, alerts, and usage-based events, and follow up as directed
  • Helps gather meaningful metrics that will meet management’s needs
  • Reviews Change Management requests for security relevance and impact, and implements solutions as directed
  • Promote awareness and education of security matters.
  • Understand the organizations technical security policies, the code of business conduct and ethics in order to translate into requirements for technical and non-technical staff.
  • Responsible for facilitating the implementation of the organization’s Business Continuity Program (BCP) and response to emergency/incidents requiring the activation of the Business Continuity (BC) plans or Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
  • Provides support for implementation of the Business Continuity Program (BCP).
  • Reviews current business unit continuity plans and processes in order to ensure plans are up-to-date and viable.
  • Provides support to business units in their development of recovery strategies and plans.
  • Assists business units in completing business impact analysis, risk assessments, status reports, business continuity plan, and Disaster Recovery templates as required.
  • Manages business continuity/disaster recovery website and SharePoint structure, including set up, access rights and continuous updating and maintenance.
  • Provides direction to the business continuity community including continuous interaction with business units, IT units, recovery support groups and management.
  • Manages plan update schedule and provides support to BCP coordinators for plan maintenance.
  • Conducts emergency notification system off-hours tests and prepares results report.
  • Prepares status reports on BC/DR activity, including management of reporting databases.
  • Reviews plans for adherence to BCM policies and standards to ensure compliance.
  • Promote awareness and education of security matters.
  • Understand the organizations technical security policies, the code of business conduct and ethics in order to translate into requirements for technical and non-technical staff.
  • Available to respond to global emergency situations 24x7.
