MexInc is a boutique international professional services firm specializing in matters of corporate formation, tax compliance, immigration and payroll matters. Our firm provides a “turn-key” solution for companies to establish a legal entity, contract a local registered address and agent, and offers a range of corporate services to successfully enter the local market.

Our firm was started by a New York licensed attorney whose mission was to reduce the complexity and difficulties associated with starting a business in Mexico. Our team includes both US and Mexican certified attorneys and accountants, who have worked for some of most well-known professional firms and institutions in the world, including the White House, Ernst and Young, and the Ford Group. We also maintain affiliations with some of the largest law firms in the world, servicing their clients interests locally from China, Europe and the United States.
