Level 2 System Support Engineer

In AIMS International we're looking for  System Support Engineers  with the following knowledge and experience:

  • Experience in troubleshooting 
  • General IT support skills: hardware, software, application configuration, and customer support
  • Familiarity with supporting Azure and AWS cloud-based applications; and
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track customer issues.
