Business Analyst

Job Summary:

Looking for a Business Analyst with strong functional knowledge on investment companies – preferred experience on Financial Domain. Your main responsibilities will be to identify system and workflow requirements, data points used between external systems and the accounting system in house, create software specifications from a business perspective, and manage the deliverables across the software development life cycle. In addition, we expect a person with capabilities to conduct minimal software quality assurance as required by the signed off specifications.


  • Bachelor degree in computer science / information technology related disciplines.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Financial Applications Experience (CRD, Eagle and Blackrock) is a plus.
  • Strong experience with database management systems – Oracle / SQL, PL/SQL – and relational databases concepts.
  • Previous experience working with Agile Methodologies
  • Basic testing skills.
  • Experience working on a predetermined software development life-cycle involving multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Solid skills at analyzing complex problems and generate solutions to clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects / tasks at a time.
  • Able to server as liaison between business and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication / writing skills – English is a must.
